Refunds & Returns Policy

At Lazy Doggy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help!

1. Returns

Eligibility:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.


Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (with tags attached).
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable items:


Gift cards.

Sale items (unless they are defective).
Any custom or personalized products.

Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at [support@lazydoggy.com] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

2. Refunds

Refund Method:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

Contact your bank as processing times can vary.

3. Exchanges

Eligibility:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [support@lazydoggy.com] and we will guide you through the process.

Size/Color Exchange:

If you need to exchange for a different size or color, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired size/color.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Eligibility:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@lazydoggy.com] with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping

Labels:

Lazy Doggy provides return shipping labels for defective items or incorrect shipments only. For all other returns, customers are responsible for covering shipping fees.

Tracking:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
